Poland/Kurland, Gotard Kettler (1562-1587), two-dollar 1579, Mitawa mint.

Coin with the crowned monogram of Stefan Batory, a harp below it, and on the reverse the Pogo of Lithuania and the denomination designation below it (II).

The issue exemplifies the two-denarii of Sigismund Augustus.

quite nice legible coin, sheet end

silver, weight 0.51 grams, diameter 14.5 mm
