Variety with a large crown and eagle strongly overlapping the inner surrounds

The coin has a very good presentation in spite of a slight scarcity. Half-pennies without a date were most likely minted for Sigismund the Old for the purpose of waging war against the Teutonic Order. There are two basic types of such half-pennies, with REX and REGIS in the reverse legend.
