Jagiellonians, Sigismund I the Old (1506-1548), penny minted in 1533, Gdansk mint.

Reverse:✿GROSSVS⁎CIVI⁎DANC3⁎I533

Diameter 22.3 mm Weight 1.96 g

Numismatic slightly deficient with preserved background mint luster, delicate "satin" patina. Variant with new type of ruler's bust and ending of PRV legend. A very rare variant of the ruler's bust in a low crown without bails. This bust appears on rare Danzig groszes minted from 1532 to 1535. The coin comes in an envelope with a description of the legend, diameter and weight, and the characteristic features of the coin.
