Bishop of Wroclaw - John III with the surname Romka, coat of arms Sulima from 1292 to 1301, initially belonged to the entourage and associates of Bishop
Thomas Zaremba. After his election to the episcopal See, he collaborated with Archbishop Jakub Świnka and, according to the chronicle of Jan Długosz, took part in the coronation of
Przemysl II. He took careof the development of parish education and continued the rebuilding of Wroclaw Cathedral, and was laid to rest in thecrypt at St. John the Baptist Archcathedral in Wroclaw.
