Jagiellonians, Sigismund I the Old (1506-1548), denarius minted at the Gdansk mint

Obverse: EAGLE OF THE KING'S PRUSS (a hand with a sword behind the eagle's head).

Reverse: M - HERB OF THE CITY OF GDAŃSK - S

Silver, diameter 12.4 mm, weight 0.26 grams

A coin with a pleasant appearance, patina. Next to the coat of arms of Gdansk the letters M - S (MONETA SIGISMVNDI). The coin comes in an envelope with a description of the legend, diameter and weight, and the characteristic features of the coin.
