Obverse: bust of the ruler to the right wearing a crown and armor with a sword in the right hand and a royal apple in the left, below the coat of arms of the treasurer H. Ligęza - a half-goat, an inscription in the rim ●SIGISIII D G REX POL M (half-goat) D LIT RVS PRV MASVR●.
Reverse: nine-field shield of arms, on the sides initials of the steward I I I (Jacob Jacobson), below year 16-30 and inscription in the r im ●SAM LIV NEG NO SVE (-) GOT VAD Q HR REX●.
