Obverse: bust of the ruler to the right wearing a crown and armor with a sword in his right hand and a royal apple in his left, below the coat of arms of the treasurer H. Ligęza - a half-goat and an inscription in the rim ++ SIGIS III D G REX POL M (half-goat) M LIT RVS PRVS MASO++.
Reverse: nine-field shield of arms, on the sides initials of the steward I I (Jacob Jacobson), below it the year 16-30 and an inscription in the rim ●SAM LIV NEC NO SVE (-) GOT VAD Q HR REX●.
